" Life began in a small village in the United Kingdom.

When I was two years old we moved to the beautiful country of New Zealand and began to carve out a typical early migrant family existence.

Raymond (my father) was constantly being moved to new opportunities within the New Zealand Air Force, so we changed rented locations, houses and schools with ever increasing frequency.

We were always broke, but never poor, always lacking for material possessions, but never lacking for laughter, enthusiasm and fun.

My mother was an eternal optimist and believed that "If you can conceive it and believe it, then you can achieve it!" … only after she died did I discover where this statement came from.

Mary's passion for life, her generous spirit, her work ethic, her patience, her love and her belief in people had a huge influence over my life and eventually settled in my spirit to carry her dream forward.

Her last words, spoken to me on the night before she died, snapped a stronghold inside my inner being and are the primary reason this web site exists today.

An exceptional result in an early computer aptitude test suggested I had some analytical abilities, a high IQ and an unusual way of seeing the world (the story of my life!)

Being a computer geek has many benefits and well paid employment was easily obtained on a local and international basis.

Early attempts at Public Speaking (family celebrations) proved useless, embarrassing and downright annoying.

It seemed that everybody was equally afraid and equally inept at this seemingly simple art form.

The decision was finally made to find out how to overcome this fear and re gain control of my brain in front of people.

Hundreds of books later, formal training, numerous conferences, willing mentors, audio visual programs and many hours of practise have lead me to a place of quiet confidence and inner peace.

My heart still races before I go on stage, my mind re running all the things I feel lead to share, and then "its show time!"

I have been blessed with the opportunity to share my story with audiences around the planet, including New Zealand, Australia, Malaysia and the United Kingdom.

Companies have entrusted me with Sales Training for their team, Schools have opened their hearts to me, organisations have allowed me to Motivate, Inspire and Lead their people and I have had the privilege of being a small part in the Personal Development of thousands of people across the world through audio recordings of my talks.
